How we handle the personal information you share with us, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your name, company, contact details and the event details you provide. When you apply to work with us, we collect your name, contact details, university, degree, experience and any profile links you choose to share.
How we use it
- To respond to quote requests and deliver the events you book.
- To consider applicants for work and contact them about suitable events.
- To keep records we need for invoicing and tax.
We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to deliver an event, for example giving a client the names of staff for venue access, or where the law requires it.
Photos at events
We may take photos of our teams at events to use on our website and social media. We only publish photos of staff who have agreed to it, and only where the client is happy for the event to be shown.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@stusta.co.za and we’ll respond promptly.
